Concerning the failure of Publius Fred to Update this Journal

Friends, Pubilus Fred has no excuse for his failure to set a regimen that would make regular updates to this Journal come to pass.  He promises, however, that he is turning over a new leaf.  Soon this space shall flourish with thoughts so erudite as to be worthy of the name Pubilus -- Fred, that is.
